૧. લગ્ન નોધણી નું અરજી ફોર્મ 

૨. કંકોત્રી ( અસલ ) નકલ તથા સોગંદનામું ( અસલ ) નકલ

૩.વર-કન્યા ના જન્મના દાખલા અથવા લીવિંગ સર્ટિની નકલ

૪.વર-કન્યાનું આઈ.ડી.પ્રૂફમાં ચુંટણી કાર્ડ,લાયસન્સ,પાસપોર્ટ અથવા આધારકાર્ડ તથા રેશનકાર્ડની નકલ

૫. વર-કન્યાના પિતા-માતાનું ચુંટણીકાર્ડ અથવા આધારકાર્ડની નકલ

૬. પંડિત નું ચુંટણીકાર્ડ અથવા આધારકાર્ડ તથા રેશનકાર્ડ ની નકલ 

૭. બે સાક્ષીના આધારકાર્ડ અથવા ચુંટણીકાર્ડની નકલ

૮. વર-કન્યાના બંનેના પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝના ફોટા ૨ કોપી

૯. એગ્રીમેન્ટ ટીકીટ ૧૦૦/- ચાર

  વર-કન્યા તથા સાક્ષીએ રૂબરૂ હાજર રહી નોંધણી કરાવવી

-**-તમામ ઓરીજનલ તથા પ્રમાણિત નકલ રજુ કરવાની રહે છે.

2. Copy of birth certificate or living certificate of bride and groom

   Copy of election card, license, passport or Aadhaar card and ration card of the bride and             groom in ID proof

. Copy of groom-bride's parents' election card or Aadhaar card

. Copy of Pandit's election card or Aadhaar card and ration card

. Copy of Aadhar card or election card of two witnesses

. Passport size photos of both the bride and groom 2 copies

. Agreement ticket 100 / - four

  The bride and groom and the witness should be present in person and register
